Kaitlyn's first tub bath

On Saturday June 27th, I gave Kaitlyn her first tub bath. She did really well!

A day of golf...and relaxing by the pool.

On Wednesday June 24th, James came into town from Boston. He and Mike have known each other since they were about 7 years old! Then on Thursday June 25th, Abe and Krissy got here. They came from Pennsylvania. Abe is Mike's older (and only) brother. They all came to stay with us for the weekend to meet and visit with Kaitlyn.

On Friday, all of the boys went out to play 18 holes of golf. It was way too hot for Krissy and I to tag along...so we went to the pool :) Kaitlyn went to stay with Grandma Ferri. We all had a ton of fun.

As many of you know, I was very anxious to get my "old body back" after Kaitlyn was born. Here is an updated belly picture.

Kaitlyn's umbilical cord fell off!

Kaitlyn is now (finally) allowed to take a tub bath. It fell of Tuesday June 23.

Home sweet home

Bringing Kaitlyn home meant introducing her to our dog Max. As you can see, that went fine, and he is great with her.

First trip to the pool

On June 13th we took Kaitlyn to my parent's house to visit. We went to the pool and Mike and my dad played some tennis.

Kaitlyn had her first (at home) bath on June 7th. She did really well.

I have been caring for babies and children for over six years now.... I am no stranger to changing a poopy diaper :) Mike on the other hand, is not. Here is Alisha coaching him through his first diaper change!

Our hospital stay

We were at the hospital from Tuesday (June 2nd) around 11:30PM until Friday (June 5th) around noon. While we were there, Kaitlyn had her first bath, got to wear her first "outfit", and had MANY visitors!!
